Costume Research
In a Horror film you would usually expected a character who is the victim to be dressed up in casual clothing and the antagonist would be dressed up in dark colors so that he can be unseen this makes the mood more suspicious as you don't know the antagonists identity, However in some films you can see what antagonists looks like and they normally dressed in suits or dark clothing, monsters and vampire obviously where a scary costume as they are scary people trying to be evil. Also in a horror film clowns and dolls turn out to be the most scariest because they both are creepy in a childlike way which makes the audience feel scared and worried around them.

Our Costume Initial Idea
For our costume we were think of dressing the girl who gets kidnapped up in just normal clothes as it has to be realistic as she is taking a normal stroll in the woods. The antagonist in our film will be in a dark hoodie and trousers this is so that they are unrecognizable to the protagonist so it get scarier as the antagonist gets closer. The mum and the caring friend will be dressed in normal everyday clothes maybe a little bit more vintage as they are mothers.
